This policy describes how unescoclubs.kz processes visitors' and users' personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection.

We may receive: name, email address, phone number and other information you voluntarily provide in contact forms, club membership applications or when registering in the members area.

Data is used to respond to enquiries, manage UNESCO club membership, inform about the Federation's activities and fulfil contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data is stored on secured servers for as long as needed for these purposes, or until consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires otherwise.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing kazfuca@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
