Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs announces the launch of applications for participation in Youth Eco Camp TURAQTY JOL 7.0 - the educational stage of the National Social Eco-Campaign TURAQTY JOL, aimed at the development of ecological culture and sustainable thinking among the youth of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

TURAQTY JOL is an educational program aimed at educating the younger generation of a thrifty attitude to their native land through the inculcation of cultural, moral and environmental values. It is a continuation of six cycles of the project successfully organized by the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs in cooperation with General Partner Bank CenterCredit and Official Partner Chevron.
The initiative is implemented with the support of the National Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for UNESCO and ISESCO, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Almaty and the UNESCO Regional Office in Almaty.

Youth Eco Camp is a large-scale educational platform that unites schoolchildren from all regions of Kazakhstan around the idea of sustainable development and environmental leadership. The final stage of the program will be held from July 26 to August 1, 2026 in Almaty in the format of an intensive seven-day offline camp with the participation of up to 60 best participants who passed the national selection.

Teams of 3 to 4 people aged 14-18 years from all regions of Kazakhstan are invited to participate. Participants must submit their own environmental project or startup at the idea or early development stage.

Registration is open from March 28 to May 28, 2026 at
15-20 teams will be invited to the final.

The total prize fund of Youth Eco Camp is 5,000,000 tenge. The team that took the first place will receive 2,500,000 tenge, the second place - 1,500,000 tenge, the third place - 1,000,000 tenge. Participation in the program is free of charge.
