#SteamUPKZ results of the contest of innovative ideas

The youth of Kazakhstan from UNESCO Clubs, within the framework of the #STEAMUPKZ competition, for 20 days solved topical issues on the agenda related to education, ecology, urban sustainability, renewable energy, domestic violence, and bullying in educational organisations. The goal of the project is to involve young people in scientific, technical, and innovative processes to achieve Sustainable development goals.

A total of 127 teams were registered in the contest. Overall, the teams submitted more than 600 projects that were developed under STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics).

The winners of the competition were selected three teams: “Orle” from Shymkent, “Dana Solutions” from Aktobe and “Krypton” from Kyzylorda. Children were not left without attention and precious gifts from the organizers! We would like to say thank our dear partners Chevron company and the UNESCO Almaty Cluster Office.
