In Almaty on the basis of creativity and leisure “RNC” Kazakhstan national Federation of UNESCO clubs (KAZFUCA) and with the support of Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation and the School of fine arts and technical design named. A. Kasteev (UNESCO Club) holds from 27 October to 3 November, the Republican youth Biennale “Preserve the heritage of our ancestors”. The project involves children from different cities of the country from 12 to 17 years old.

The goal is to promote the idea of protecting the intangible cultural heritage among young people. During the project, master classes on 3D crayon drawing on the street are held by the famous American artist Tracy Lee Stam. Her 3D street art paintings are in demand by many corporations, advertising agencies, educational and government institutions in North America, Asia, India and Europe. She is the Guinness Book of Records holder for the largest chalk drawing. Robert Pobichka, pianist, composer, President of the UNESCO Club in Vienna, and Andy Lee, Chairman of the World Art Exchange Network, Director of the Let’s Art Center in Korea, share their knowledge in the field of composing, ethics and aesthetics in art. The program also includes game classes, sports and recreation events from the All-Russian Children’s Center “Ocean”, lessons of famous choreographers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, excursions to the Museum of Folk Musical Instruments named after Yklas, at the sports complex “Medeo” in the subway of Almaty. The project is characterized by a wide range of creative opportunities for self-expression and the growth of skills in the visual and applied arts and music. It will allow young artists to feel confident in their abilities and will become the basis for their further active creative activity.
