Awarding of participants, winners and finalists of the Festival” The Planet of ART ” 2020, art cycle

The results of the International Festival “The Planet of ART” in 2020, the art cycle, have been summed up. Of the 600 finalists of the main project of the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs, 43 participants became winners.

In 2020, the International Festival under the auspices of UNESCO “The Planet of Art ” was dedicated to the celebration of the 1150th anniversary of the famous scientist and philosopher of the ancient East Abu Nasir al-Farabi and the 175th anniversary of the great Kazakh poet Abay Kunanbayev. Students of children’s art schools, art schools, art studios, initiative representatives of partner organizations and UNESCO Clubs around the world were given a unique opportunity to show their creative vision of what the” Second Teacher ” was – al-Farabi and the founder of the new national literature A. Kunanbayev on the basis of their works and works in the following categories:

Nominations dedicated to the legacy of Abu Nasr al-Farabi:

2. ” The idea of a virtuous city»;
3. ” Harmony of music»;
Nominations dedicated to the legacy of Abay Kunanbayev:
1. ” The Way of Abai»;
2. ” The Eternal World of Poetry»;
3. ” The wisdom of the words of edification.”

The project is exclusively social in nature and supports talented young artists around the world. The main goal is to realize their creative potential and promote the diversity of cultures of the participating countries, through the demonstration of children’s creativity. The result of the Festival is the release of the thematic album “Thinkers of the Great Steppe”, which includes the best works of more than 600 finalists of the project and winners.
