International Festival "The Planet of ART"
The history of the project originated in 1999, when, at the initiative of the Director General of UNESCO, in all member countries of the organization, the Competition “Children of the World Draw” was launched, which served as a starting point in the development of the UNESCO Club movement in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The first Kazakh album, released within the framework of the project, was symbolically opened with an introductory article by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
International cotest of children's art "Mitsubishi Asian Children's Enikki Festa"
International competition of children’s creativity “Mitsubishi Asian Children’s Enikki Festa”, organized by the National Federation of UNESCO Associations in JAPAN in cooperation with the Asian-Pacific Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Associations with the support of Mitsubishi Corporation, has been held every two years since 1990.
In 2008, the Republic of Kazakhstan joined the International Competition. In order to preserve intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding, every two years about 5,000 Kazakhstani children send their works, showing 5 happy days accompanied by essays.
Art Academy of UNESCO Clubs
The Art Academy of the UNESCO Clubs is a unique platform for the youth of Kazakhstan, providing an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge in all spheres of education from the leading specialists and masters of the country. Launched in 2016, the project is now an annual event of the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs and the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation. The Academy is aimed at developing and supporting the talented youth of Kazakhstan with the aim of educating the younger generation in the spirit of tolerance and shaping the future creative and scientific potential of the state.
