A new practical and educational project of Kazakhstan Federation of Clubs for UNESCO

Republican educational and practical project "Youth & Heritage: learn, promote and preserve"

The current COVID-19 crisis has exposed the vulnerabilities of all sectors of life, both socio-economic and cultural. The restriction of access to culture contradicts the harmonious development of society, the preservation of values and historical experience, and the rapid adaptation of the individual to the current situation. Today, the mission of UNESCO is to promote access to culture during times of isolation and restrictions.

Youth is the driving force behind social change and innovation. Through various cultural programs and resources, the Federation of Clubs for UNESCO empowers young people to show their potential locally and globally and apply it to a successful future. So, we are launching the main project of this summer, “Youth & Heritage”.

Project organizers are Kazakhstan Federation of Clubs for UNESCO with the support of the UNESCO Cluster Office in Almaty,  National company of “Kazakh Tourism”.
